Service rating : I previously subscribed to the print edition, and asked to be upgraded to the Print and Digital edition, only to find it's only compatible with IPad, not Android tablets. Considering your whole magazine is biased to either Microsoft and Android systems it just doesn't make sense. I cancelled the digital addition at which point you cancelled the Print version as well. Eventually I had to start a new subscription. Hopefully that will arrive soon. Nothing received as of 22nd April.

Service rating : Subscription taken out on Feb 26. I expected first magazine to arrive in March but nothing will be received until April 16. Why such a long delay?
Product : Cannot comment until I actually receive a copy.
